How it works

You don’t buy software and figure it out. We build your system, test it with you, launch it, and keep it running.

From signup to live calls

  1. 1

    Consultation

We learn how calls reach you today and where they slip through. We recommend a plan.

  2. 2

    Discovery

You tell us your services, hours, service area, common questions, and how you want calls handled.

  3. 3

    Build

We set up the receptionist, call handling, lead capture, and, depending on your plan, qualification, booking, disconnected-call recovery, and follow-up.

  4. 4

    Test together

You call it, listen, and tell us what to change. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

  5. 5

    Launch

We connect your calls, often by forwarding from your existing number, and go live.

  6. 6

    Manage and improve

We maintain it, fix issues, and update answers as your business changes.

Launch timing depends on your package, phone configuration, integrations, required registrations, and how quickly we receive your onboarding information. We’ll provide your expected launch timeline during onboarding.

What a call looks like

The receptionist answers in your business’s name, tells callers they’re speaking with a virtual assistant, and handles the call the way you’ve set it up.

When the call ends, you get the details: who called, how to reach them, what they need, and what happened on the call.

Receptionist: Thanks for calling Riverside Plumbing. I’m the virtual assistant, and this call may be recorded. What can I help you with?

Caller: I’ve got water coming from under my kitchen sink.

Receptionist: Okay. Is it a slow drip or is water actively pooling?

Caller: It’s pooling.

Receptionist: Thanks. I’m marking this urgent for the on-call team. Can I get your name and the best number to reach you?
